The National Initiative to Address Economic Challenges Facing Pastoral Leaders is funded by Lilly Endowment Inc. and administered by the Center for Congregations. The ECFPL Leadership Gathering brings together 100+ grantee and resource agencies together for an opportunity to share project insights, engage with peer leaders and practitioners and develop strategies for expanding the collective impact of the coordination program.
